Order processing

When placing an order on our website, you voluntarily provide us with the following personal information that is visible to us – name, address, phone and email. All personal information you’ve provided, as part of the buying and selling process, is stored on the Prestashop platform under orders list and is used for the sole purpose of processing your order and shipping it safely to you. You can shop as a guest or create an account. We do not download or export this information to another site or platform neither do we share it with third parties apart from the shipping companies we work with (such as local post services, express shipping carriers like Econt ) only for the purposes of the delivery of your order. We would not use your email or phone number unless there is a problem with your order.

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or prevent fraud or abuse of our website.


Deliveries in the area of the Republic of Bulgaria are made via the company Econt Express to your door or to an Econt Express office.

Deliveries are made within two to five working days. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.

Product Return

There is a 14-day period within which customers can return the purchased merchandise. In the event of product return, we must be notified at info@squaressws.com. All packages must be sent back to our address (Econt Express, Sofia, Knyazhevo, for SQUARE LTD) at customers' expense. Merchandise sent without prior notice (at info@squaressws.com), will not be accepted. The returned items must not be damaged in any way ( worn, washed, ironed, soiled, etc.), and sent back along with the original packaging and label!


Payments can be made via Econt Express through Cash on Delivery (COD) ot by Skrill and our website is encrypted to ensure the secure handling of credit/debit card information from our store and its service providers. We do not have access to your credit/debit card details nor do we store, download or export any customer payment information on outside servers or platforms. Payments can be made in cash only and upon the delivery of the packages by Econt Express. Upon delivery customers must pay the amount due to the courier or at the Econt Express offices. All packages are sent with a review-before-payment option. All delivery costs are included in the delivery price.


After we receive the returned merchandise, we will contact customers to negotiate the details about the refund. We offer two refund options: by credit transfer or by Econt Express.
