Welcome to SQUARE Ltd. and our Website, squaressws.com. These Terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer, place an order through or use squaressws.com and associated pages. By placing an order through or by using the Website you agree to these Terms. We ask that you carefully read the Terms before further use of the Website.

All purchases made through the Website are intended for non-commercial use only and by placing an order through the Website you confirm that you are an end consumer. Upon suspicions of you purchasing for commercial use, SQUARE reserves the right to request proof of you being an end consumer and to deny or cancel your order until such proof has been provided by you.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When shopping on the Website, we will store some of your personal information in order to carry out your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or removed. SQUARE does not store or handle any banking or credit card information. We may also use cookies, e.g. to enhance your experience of the Website.

ORDER PROCESSING

When placing an order on our website, you voluntarily provide us with the following personal information that is visible to us – name, address, phone and email. All personal information you’ve provided, as part of the buying and selling process, is stored under orders list and is used for the sole purpose of processing your order and shipping it safely to you. You can shop as a guest or create an account. We do not download or export this information to another site or platform neither do we share it with third parties apart from the shipping companies we work with only for the purposes of the delivery of your order. We would not use your email or phone number unless there is a problem with your order.

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or prevent fraud or abuse of our website.

DELIVERY

Deliveries in the area of the Republic of Bulgaria are made via the company Econt Express to your door or to an Econt Express office. Deliveries are made within two to five working days. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. Our worldwide delivery option is DHL Express and it is available to all countries.

PRODUCT RETURN

There is a 14-day period within which customers can return the purchased merchandise. In the event of product return read more in our Return center. All packages must be sent back to our address at customers' expense. Merchandise sent without prior notice will not be accepted. The returned items must not be damaged in any way (worn, washed, ironed, soiled, etc.) and sent back along with the original packaging and label!

REFUNDS

After we receive the returned merchandise the amount you have paid will be returned using the same payment means you have used in the initial purchase transaction.

PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

After placing an order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase.

By placing an order on squaressws.com you confirm that you are over the age of 18. We reserve the right in individual cases to deny or change your order e.g. if you have given false personal information and/or have any record for non- payment of debt.

We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and other payment options. If your choice of payment method is not working at the time of your purchase, SQUARE reserves the right to change the payment method. All prices set out on squaressws.com are including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. For orders outside of EU all duties shall be borne by the customer.
